On French accent and delicious cake
Brigitte is the owner of french Patisserie: "Rendez-Vous", on Salt Spring Island BC Canada. In this video, she shares a truly delicious recipe of one of my favorite petit gâteau "le canelé," a sort of cupcake. She does this cooking demonstration in English with an accent as delicious as the canelés she bakes:
